Nitro Drift Outlaws
★★★★★ 4.6
Nitro Drift Outlaws leans hard into the fantasy of sliding sideways through traffic, and it mostly nails it. The handling model is loose in the best way: tap the brake to break traction, feather the accelerator, and chain drifts to fill your nitro bar. Once it clicks, the flow state is real.
Tracks are short and stuffed with tight turns, which suits phone sessions perfectly. There's a career mode with light upgrades, but the pull is the pure act of driving. I kept restarting stages just to nail a cleaner line.
Visually it's all rain-slick asphalt and reflections, and it held a steady frame rate on my mid-range phone. The one weak spot is the rival AI, which sometimes rubber-bands harder than it should.
What we liked
- Drifting feels genuinely great
- Short, replayable tracks
- Runs smooth on modest hardware
